How to Grow Strong, Healthy Hair and Prevent Hair Loss

If you have fine hair that breaks easily like I do, you may find this information very helpful.  Even if you don't, if you suffer from hair loss, hair breakage, damaged hair, this information will be extremely helpful.

I've always wanted that thick Victoria Secrets mane...just like a lion! You've all seen those beautiful women who have long locks that are shiny and soft, yet thick and sexy.  Well, I was not lucky enough to be born with those genes! The texture of my hair is fine and wavy, not the nice waves but crazy unmanageable ones.

A few months ago I was losing hair by the bundles.  I would say clumps of hair would be falling out of my head when I washed it, when I combed it, when I blow dried it! I was very scared!  I started to do some research on what I could do to help my scalp and hair become healthier to prevent hair loss and the below information is what I discovered.

I have been following this regiment for healthy hair care for about a month now and have noticed a considerable improvement both in the amount of hair loss and the overall health of my scalp and hair.

First, my hair loss has lessened by 70% and my hair is now shiny and manageable.  I hope these tips help all of you.  By the way this is good for both MEN AND WOMEN, this is not gender specific!

If you have any questions or want to know more about my hair/skin routine, feel free to send me a message.

Let's keep all our strands where they belong, ON OUR HEADS!

Ciao for now!
