The difference between Starlook's box and other beauty subscriptions is that all the products you receive are FULL SIZE cosmetic products from Starlooks (approximately 4 to 5 products per box), opposed to 1 or 2 full size products and the rest sample sized from other beauty boxes.
In my opinion the subscriber does receive value with this subscription.
The quality of the cosmetics received are similar to MAC in the way that the colours are pigmented, packaging are well made. The eyeliners are creamy and glide on smoothly. They do not pull on your skin. The blush is soft and well pigmented so your get good colour payoff. This colour is excellent for all skin types, even for darker skintones. The 858 Dome Brush is soft and the handle is sturdy and well made. Definitely compariable to a MAC cosmetic brush.
If you are a Canadian and you wish to subscribe to this box you must contact the company directly, as you can not subscribe online. They are super friendly and their customer service is superb. Anytime I've contacted them, they have been friendly and extremely helpful.
